Looks and longevity
Paa-Ko homes are custom and the landscaping is deliberate. A driveway needs straight, compacted edges, clean transitions at the garage and walks, and a uniform surface. It also has to handle snow, ice and storm runoff on sloped lots.
Our process
- Site walk and written scope for HOA review
- Protect landscaping, irrigation and walks
- Remove old asphalt or prepare the gravel base
- Compacted base with drainage built in
- Hot-mix asphalt, hand-finished at edges and transitions
- Cleanup and cure instructions

Resurfacing instead
If your drive is sound but faded or rough, an overlay or sealcoat may be all it needs.
