Mountain lots take a beating
Commercial lots in the East Mountains deal with snowplows, de-icing, freeze-thaw and sloped sites where water runs across the pavement. Entrances, drive lanes and the low corners usually fail first.
Services
- New lots with base and drainage designed for slope and snow
- Mill and overlay
- Full-depth patching at entrances and drive lanes
- Crack sealing and sealcoating before winter
- Striping — stalls, arrows, crosswalks, fire lanes and accessible spaces
- Snow-storage areas planned so meltwater drains away

Scheduling
We phase work so you can stay open and schedule around your busy hours. Because the mountain paving season is short, lots planned in winter or early spring get the best dates.

Yes, including accessible spaces and fire lanes.
When should we schedule?
