Start with the facts
We walk the road with the organizer, measure it, and note the problem spots: where water crosses, where it runs down the road, where the surface is broken, and where the grade is steep.
Options we typically price
| Option | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Drainage and grading | Crown, ditches, culverts, rock at outlets |
| Drainage + millings | Above, plus a compacted millings surface |
| Drainage + chip seal | A sealed stone surface |
| Drainage + asphalt | Full hot-mix paving |
| Mixed | Asphalt on hills and curves, chip seal on the flats |

Splitting the cost
We give one clear price per option. Groups usually split by frontage, by lot, or by an agreement they already have. We can also break the work into phases.

Questions we get
Do all the neighbors have to agree?
That's up to your group or association. We provide the written proposal for everyone to review.
Can we do the worst section first?
Yes — phasing is common.
Will the county pave our road?
Private roads are usually the owners' responsibility. The county can tell you a road's status.
